first week
Our general meetings start next week, for all the PDs out there.Currently I'm working on the agenda, curriculum, hiring trainers...It's been a tough week so far, and I'm strangely starting to like it. :) The phone calls, the emails, the meetings. Sometimes it feels beaucratic but I love that feeling when things finally come together, decisions are made, and things get done.
